Gem Pointe Estates Condominiums - 99 Units - Washington Twp. - Take Jewell road 1/2 mile North of 26 Mile Rd. to Juliette, Robert, and Michael Roads.  This attractive 15-year-old attached ranch style community has many services for a monthly fee less than $150/month.

Village Place Condominiums - 28 Units - Washington Twp. - Amanda Cr.  Take VanDyke road 3/4 mile North of 26 Mile Rd. to Amanda Cr., well hidden between Hampton House Furniture and the Post Office on the West side of the Road.  These large, attractive, well maintained newer condominiums are well run by a very involved and dedicated Board of Directors, with monthly fee that is surprisingly low.

Washington Woods Subdivision - 91 Units - Washington Twp.  Take VanDyke road 1/8 mile North of 26 Mile Rd. to Washington Woods Dr., Merlene Dr., Freda Dr., Lillian Dr., and Paul Dr.  The community is located directly behind the "Octagon House", and is a subdivision of new, single family detached homes that has recently been turned over to the homeowners from the Developer.  The homeowners have hired us as a replacement of the management team used by the Developer.  This association has no maintenance responsibilities for the homes; rather, its responsibilities are for a few common grass areas, the pond, and the scenic walkways and bridges surrounding the pond, and enforcement of community rules.  The work we perform for this community is largely administrative in nature.

Paramount Estates Condominiums - 72 Units – Auburn Hills – Take Tienken Road West of Adams Road to Oxford West and Paramount Roads.  This Association of single family detached site condominiums has lots of green space and beautiful homes.  The Association has no maintenance responsibilities for the homes; rather, its responsibilities are for a few common grass areas, natural areas, and a detention pond, and enforcement of community rules.  The work we perform for this community is largely administrative in nature. 

Knolls North Condominiums - 65 Units - Rochester Hills - Take Livernois Rd. 7/8 mile North of Walton Blvd. to Green View Ct., on the East side of Livernois.  This luxury community is surrounded by the Great Oaks Golf Course, has three different architecture styles (include two unique “resort style” buildings complete with underground parking and elevator service), large square footages, the most beautiful mature landscaping throughout the community, and wonderful elevated views of the golf course and city.

Rochester Park Condominiums - 52 Units - Rochester - Take Walton Blvd. 1/2 Mile East of Rochester Road to Miller and Baldwin Roads.  Walton will jog over 20' and change names to Miller at the stop sign directly in front of the Royal Park Hotel.  These 45-year-old brick townhouse style buildings were formerly apartments, and are a convenient way to live “in town”, within walking distance to all the downtown Rochester attractions and amenities.

Pine Knob Manor Homes - 49 Units - Clarkston - Take Waldon Rd. 1/4 mile East of Sashabaw to Royal St. George and Bristol Parke Drive.  This impressive community of luxury single family detached condominiums are built exclusively in the French chalet architectural style, and are surrounded by the Pine Knob Manor Golf Course.  The multi-mile views from the top of this hillside location make this one worth the drive.

Harbor Oaks Condominiums - 108 Units - Waterford Twp. - Take Dixie Hwy 1/2 mile North of Walton Blvd. to Lake Pointe Drive, Harbor Oaks Blvd., Oak Hill Drive, and Ashley Lane.  This 20-year-old community is located on the shores of private All-Sports Eagle Lake, and has three stories of stacked ranches with common area hallways.  The residents of this community love their low maintenance waterfront lifestyle and convenient location. 

112 – 122 Terry Street – 7 Units – Rochester – This mixed use investment property consist of 3 Commercial Offices, 3 Residential Rental Apartments and 1 Single Family Detached Home located in downtown Rochester.  Our responsibilities include all building and grounds maintenance, bookkeeping, and tenant management.   

524 & 528 University - 3 Units - Rochester – This mixed use investment property is located in downtown Rochester.  The property has 1200 sq. ft. of  commercial space on the first floor and two one bedroom apartments on the second floor.  Our responsibilities include the maintenance, bookkeeping, and tenant management.
